We accept Visa, MasterCard and American Express for your online purchases. We also accept Personal Checks which can be mailed to: 10281 Midtown Parkway #123  Jacksonville Florida 32246. At this time we do not accept COD orders. We will verify that the name and address on the credit card matches your order billing information. If they don’t, we may call to verify credit card mailing information for your safety.

Returns Policy

Please be aware that all sales are final and are not subject to return. Please be certain to review your purchase prior to completing your order. If your package arrives damaged or if you received an incorrect item, you must notify us via email or in writing within 5 days from the date you received your order.

Gifts may be exchanged within 5 days of the day the package was received as long as the items are unused. If you are returning a package please use an insured and pre-paid method (we recommend UPS or FEDEX). Include your packing slip (or a note with your invoice number) and your reason for return.
