At Brown Book Beauty, we are committed to providing thoughtfully curated products and exceptional customer service.

Due to the nature of beauty, personal care, and lifestyle products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges unless an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at brownbookbeauty@gmail.com. Include your order number and photos of the item and packaging so we can review your claim.

If approved, we will provide a replacement, store credit, or refund at our discretion.

Please note:
• Products must not be used or altered.
• Claims submitted after 7 days of delivery may not be eligible for review.
• Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Brown Book Beauty reserves the right to deny refund requests that do not meet the requirements outlined above.
